The fleet features LeadMind, CAF’s digital platform for optimising fleet operation and maintenance. LeadMind is providing a great improvement, accelerating diagnostics times and increasing fleet availability and reliability. For Docklands, the following Automatic Inspection Systems have been installed: Wheel Profile Monitoring, Brake Disc Monitoring, Car Inspection and Collector Shoe Monitoring. These solutions provide continuous condition assessment, early defect detection and automated asset monitoring, improving fleet safety, reliability, availability and maintenance efficiency while reducing manual inspections and unplanned downtime. CAF complements the platform with Technical Support services for improved fleet reliability.
