CAR INSPECTION

Bogie View (BV)

The Bogie Inspection system provides high-resolution imaging of railway bogies using line scan technology, ensuring precise and reliable capture of moving components.

Key parameters measured

  • High‑resolution imaging using line scan technology
  • Continuous, distortion‑free capture of moving bogies
  • No motion blur through synchronized acquisition
  • Precise spatial representation of elongated structures
  • Image quality based on pixel density and speed synchronization
  • Reliable performance at speeds up to 160 km/h

Analytical capabilities

Bogie visual inspection module enabling high‑resolution analysis to detect anomalies, support condition‑based maintenance, and improve early fault detection and planning.

Side View (SV)

Captures detailed images of the lateral sides of each car as the train passes through the inspection area, operating without the need for human intervention.

Roof View (RV)

Captures detailed visual data of the roof area of every car. This enables the detection of anomalies affecting roof‑mounted components such as HVAC units, antennas, and other equipment installed on the vehicle roof.

Underframe View (UV)

Represents a fully automated solution for the non‑intrusive inspection. captures detailed visual data of the underframe of every car.

Analytical Capabilities

The car inspection module enables comprehensive visual assessment of train cars through high-resolution imaging of the roof, sides, and underframe. The system captures detailed visual data to identify structural anomalies, surface damage, across critical exterior zones.
